Description:
This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of football supplies and equipment throughout the District. This is the first year of a renewable bid.
Athletics and Purchasing Services have reviewed the above-referenced bid. Staff recommends awarding the low bidder on all items with the exceptions of Items 8, 9,12,18,19,20,21,23, and 33. Justifications for each item exception are included in the tabulation sheet.
Tab sheet is attached.
Recommendation:
