The Plano ISD Purchasing Department is pleased to announce that we have now implemented our e-bidding process that includes electronic bid notification. All vendors/suppliers (regardless of whether they are current awarded vendors or not) will need to go to the link below to register on our e-bidding site:

Purchasing Services is responsible for the procurement of the
supplies, materials, equipment and services that are necessary for
our 67 schools and offices to function.
To participate in the bidding process, vendors are required to
log into our e-bidding site (link above) and register as a supplier/vendor. Once completed, you will be notified via e-mail of upcoming bids in your particular areas of interest.
Purchasing Services schedules vendor appointments on Thursdays
in order to keep updated on new products, services and vendors that
are available to our school district. To schedule an appointment,
