Welcome Plano ISD Employees!
Convocation is Plano ISD's annual back-to-school meeting for all 7,000 district employees. It is a fun, spirited pep rally at which Dr. Doug Otto, Superintendent of Schools, will deliver his annual keynote address to update employees on district business, new initiatives and other plans for the school year.

6:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – Cool off with bottled water in the Atrium as you greet friends and colleagues. (Please note that food and beverages are not allowed in the meeting hall.)
7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – Pre-program in meeting hall. Enjoy the lively staff music and visuals saluting Plano ISD teamwork and leadership.
8:00 a.m. – Convocation begins in meeting hall. All guests are asked to be seated by 8:00 a.m. |

Cars – Parking is available at numerous lots on the Prestonwood campus. Carpooling is encouraged. All entrances to the building will be open. Plano ISD employees and guests have been asked not to park in the lots of nearby businesses. Parking Map
Buses – Let Plano ISD do the driving. The most convenient and speediest way to get to and from Convocation is to ride the complimentary, air-conditioned shuttle buses that leave frequently from three district locations. A special door prize will be awarded to a lucky shuttle bus rider.
- Clark Stadium (East parking lot) 429 Spring Creek Parkway (buses will depart from 6:00 to 7:15 a.m.)
- Plano Senior High School 2200 Independence Parkway (buses will depart from 6:00 to 7:15 a.m.)
- Plano West Senior High School 5601 W. Parker Road (buses will depart from 6:15 to 7:15 a.m.)
