Becoming a Plano ISD PASAR Employee

• What to bring - Items to bring to new hire meeting
• What to wear - PASAR Dress Code - Wear approved PASAR dress code clothing to your new hire meeting. 
• Contact - PASAR Zone Leaders - After your new hire meeting, contact your PASAR Zone Leader to find out your assigned school location.

Forms

Print and complete the following employment forms and bring them to your new hire meeting.

• I-9 Form - Complete to the signature and date line.
• W-4  - If you know the total number of allowances you are claiming, you only need to complete the lower portion of the form. Do not cut the form.
• HR Policy Guide Acknowledgment
• Employee Information Sheet - Two copies of this form are required.
• Discipline Guidelines for Support Staff Personnel (paraprofessionals only)
• Authorization Agreement for Automatic Deposit a voided check for each account must be attached.  Direct deposit is mandatory and not optional.  If not using a bank account, a cash pay card is required.  The forms for the cash pay card will be available at the new hire meeting.

If you cannot print the above forms they will be available to complete at your new hire meeting.
