Texas Teacher of the Year Finalist

Janet Napoli, Skaggs Elementary School literacy specialist and Plano ISD and Region 10 Teacher of the Year, is among six finalists for Texas Teacher of the Year. State Education Commissioner Robert Scott made the announcement on September 3. Ms. Napoli will be interviewed by a state selection panel and honored at a November 22 state award ceremony.
