Plano Mayor
The Plano ISD Board of Trustees voted on October 17
to name a new middle school in honor of Superintendent
of Schools Dr. Doug Otto and a new elementary school
in honor of the late A.R. Schell, Jr., former Plano
Mayor and first-awarded Plano Citizen of the Year.
