"We're serious about having fun" in Plano ISD at our three early childhood schools and in other unique programs designed for our school district's youngest learners. Preschool and kindergarten students can join the fun this fall by pre-registering soon to attend one of the following programs.

Early Childhood School Registration:
Beaty & Pearson-3/27, Barron-3/29 & 4/1

Plano ISD operates three early childhood schools for children ages three to five. On March 27, Beaty and Pearson early childhood schools will pre-register students for the 2008-09 school year. Chinese Bilingual PreK Program Registration: March 27

Plano ISD's Chinese Bilingual Prekindergarten, housed at Harrington Elementary School, will register students for the 2008-09 school year beginning on March 27. Information and registration forms can be found online at: Early Childhood Registration

Kindergarten Round Up: April 3 & 4

Calling all kindergarten students! ... Registration for the 2008-09 school year will be conducted on April 3 and 4. Visit our Kindergarten Registration website for your school's registration schedule, for age requirements and for a list of required registration documents.

Head Start Program Registration: Begins in April

Plano ISD Head Start, housed at Meadows Elementary School, is a federally funded program for children who will be 3- or 4-years-old by September 1 and their families who meet low income guidelines. Find Head Start Registration information on the Meadows website.

Plano Family Literacy Program

The Plano Family Literacy Program builds healthy families by working with the entire family unit to develop life skills, literacy skills and a strong commitment to family wholeness. Senior High School Early Learning Centers
