Plano West JROTC Cadet Battalion Commander Alex Sniffen led fellow cadets in presenting the Army's 11 Principles of Leadership. Also presenting were cadets Sarah Moudy, Plano Senior High, and Zen Ren, Plano East Senior High.
Plano ISD leaders Dr. Doug Otto, superintendent of schools, and Lloyd "Skip" Jenkins, board president, served as event emcees. The MLK Tribute Planning Committee is chaired by Dr. Myrtle Hightower, community leader and retired Plano ISD educator.
