November 2 Meeting - Trustees will meet in regular session at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, at the Plano ISD Administration Building, 2700 W. 15th Street, to take action on several items. View the agenda with links to supporting documents on BoardBook .
- Recognition - American Education Week
- Consent Agenda - Bids, purchases, cooperatives
- Financial - Budget amendments, property tax refunds, quarterly investment reports, tax roll adoption, annual financial report
- Course Adoptions - New courses for 2011-12 school year
- Committee Appointments - Text book adoption and diversity advisory committees
- Reports - Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2010 and "Math Rocks" curriculum updates
- Policiy Adoptions - BED(Local) - Board Meetings: Public Participation and TASB Localized Policy Manual Update 88
The school board will meet next in a work session to be held on Tuesday, November 16, at 6:00 p.m. at the Plano ISD Sockwell Center, 6301 Chapel Hill Boulevard in Plano.
