March 22 Special Meeting ~ Trustees held a special called meeting on Tuesday to approve a list of employment areas to be affected by a reduction in force (RIF). March 29 Work Session ~ Trustees will consider the following consent agenda item and will discuss two work session topics, beginning at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, March 29, at Sockwell Center, 3601 Chapel Hill Boulevard in Plano. The agenda, including supporting documents, is posted on BoardBook .
- Consent Agenda - Employment Areas to be Affected by Reduction in Force (RIF)
- Academy Visioning Discussion ~ staffing model, school organization, transportation, space utilization, program evaluation, community partnerships and frameworks for future academies
- 2011-12 Budget Discussion ~ potential reductions
April 5 Regular Meeting ~ The next regular meeting of the school board will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, at the Plano ISD Administration Building, 2700 W. 15th Street in Plano.
