Early
Childhood Schools To Host Tours & Open Houses

Beaty, Pearson, and Barron Early Childhood Schools in the Plano
Independent School District are inviting parents to take a look
at the education process for the very young learner at numerous
tours and open houses. Each of the campuses is continuing to register
three and four-old students for this school year and for
the upcoming school year.
At each campus, families will learn about the school features which
include a child-centered facility and playground, state of the art
technology, school principal and fully-certified teachers, a safe
and nurturing environment, fine arts programs, library and media
centers, large selection of educational materials, and a diverse
student population. Morning and afternoon sessions are available.
Pearson Early Childhood School, 4000 Eagle Pass, will welcome tour
guests at 1 p.m. on January 14, February 25, March 18, April
15, and May 13.
Barron Early Childhood School, 3300 Avenue P,
will greet tour guests at 9 a.m. on January 14, February
18, March 18,
April 1, and May 6.
Beaty Early Childhood School, 1717 Nevada, has scheduled both morning
and afternoon tours. Tours beginning at 9 a.m. will be held January
14, February 11 and March 18. Tours starting at 1 p.m.
will be held on January 28 and February 25. April
and May tours will be planned as needed.
Open houses at each of the three Plano ISD campuses will
be held from 9 to 10 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m. on January
21. Activities will include discussion of the program
and curriculum and group tours. Registration packets will be available.
Children who live in Plano ISD and are three years old or four
years old on or before September 1 are eligible to enroll in these
tuition-supported pre kindergarten programs. Parents pay
a tuition fee in 10-monthly installments of $300. There is an additional
non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child.
