Three
Teams Advance to World Destination ImagiNation Finals

Plano ISD is proud to announce that three of the 81 teams and
their coaches who participated in the State Destination ImagiNation
(DI)
event have advanced to the World Finals to be held in June in Knoxville,
Tennessee.
DI State Winners
Hughston Elementary School DI teammates are heading to Tennessee
in May. The same team competed at Global last year as third
graders, and now they're going again as fourth graders.
Challenge: Kidz
Rulz Teammates
are Shelby Johnson, Zack Conley, Lizzie Conley, Billy Tate,
Molly Huser, Erin Kiel and Corinne Kowald. Coaches are
Jodi Johnson and Mary Conley.
Hughston Elementary School DI
Team
Haggard Middle School teammates, former Hughston
students, has also advanced to Global. Many of them went to Global
last
year as
fifth
graders.

That Happen? Teammates are
Tahera Abdulali, Kurt Doty, Terrell Howell, Katelyn Johnson,
Peyton Kennedy, Rebekah Tate and Bethany Werner. Coach
is Shannon Kennedy.

Wyatt Elementary School's DI team also advanced to Global.

That Happen? Cooper Weinstein, Graham Kersh,
John Walton, Tucker Waugh, Matthew Sheppard and Alex
Schussler. Coaches are Kate Hewitt and Chris Kersh.
Wyatt Elementary School DI Team
DI
is an international organization for kindergarten through college
students that teaches life skills and expands imaginations through
team-based creative problem solving. With support of a team manager,
students solve one of five challenges in a skit format.
