Harrington
Elementary School
Captures Architectural Award
January 20, 2006
Harrington Elementary School
has been recognized for excellence in planning and design for new
construction and/or renovation in the 2005 Exhibit of
School Architecture presented by the Texas Association of School
Boards and Texas Association of School Administrators. Representatives
of VLK Architects presented the award at the Plano ISD School Board's
January 17 meeting.

This project
was displayed in the TASA Showcase of School Architecture held
in conjunction
with
the
fall
conference
last October. Submitted projects may be recognized in one or
more of the five following areas: Design, Educational Appropriateness,
Innovation, Process of Planning and Value. Harrington has been
recognized in all five categories.
