Fair Open House Dec. 16

The Elementary Science Fair Open House that was to be held on
December 8 has been rescheduled for Friday, December 16, from 8:00
to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Plano ISD Administration
Building (first floor board room), 2700 West 15th Street.
This is a time for students in kindergarten through grade six
and their parents to view a variety of science projects - in life,
earth and physical sciences - from previous years. Ginger Britain,
Plano ISD coordinator of elementary science, will host the open
house.
Elementary school science fairs will be conducted at the campus
level between January 23 and February 3, 2006. Winning projects
from building fairs will be invited to the District Elementary
Science Fair to be held February 18, 2006, at Renner Middle School.
Grand prize level winners at both building and district fairs
will be invited to participate in the North Dallas Elementary Regional
Science Fair to be held on March 1 and 2, 2006, at Plano Centre.
