Congratulations
to Katia Rozhdestvenska, Hightower Elementary
School, who
captured third place in the Texas School Bus Safety
Poster Contest.
Katia and her family
moved to Plano from Russia last year. Katia received
a trophy for both her state honor and the North Texas
honor, which
she received
in the spring while a student in Susan Juarez's fourth grade class.
