Employees of Plano ISD generously contributed $157,608 to the 2009 United Way "Live United" campaign. "Once again, our employees offered their generous support of United Way agencies to help ensure that critical services are available to individuals and families in North Texas," reported Karla Oliver, executive director for government and community relations and Plano ISD United Way campaign chair.
"Our campus and department coordinators are to be commended for their efforts and for sharing information with employees about the many United Way agencies which benefit from our employees' support."
