Feeder School Alignment 2011
October 18, 2011, School Board Work Session
Trustees conducted a work session on October 18 where they approved the feeder school alignment as outlined in the agenda, which can be found on BoardBook. The plan includes these points:
- designate Clark High School and PSHS as the feeder path for Schimelpfenig Middle School.
- have no secondary split-feeder arrangements.
- allow for any Schimelpfenig student to transfer from Clark High School to Jasper High School.
- summarize all UIL implications for students who would like to transfer.
- allow current ninth grade students to continue their projected path through grades ten to twelve.
- put all PISD students under the same school assignment procedures.
