As the Plano ISD Board of Trustees prepares to appoint a new superintendent of schools, board members are working together to build a comprehensive candidate profile. The school board is reviewing the district’s existing strategic plan, identifying shared priorities and taking stock of routine programs and schedules as they plan toward the upcoming transition in leadership. Search firm to conduct focus group sessions and develop candidate profile |

Search firm facilitated focus groups on January 10, 25 and 26, which included district faculty members, students, parents and community members.
