Dear Plano ISD eNews Subscriber:
The school board, superintendent of schools and sponsor Webb & Webb,
P.C.,
Attorneys and Counselors at Law, invite all district students to
enter Plano
ISD’s Eighth Annual Holiday Greeting Card Art Contest by
creating original
artwork to be considered by a panel of judges for the cover of
the school
district’s and Webb & Webb’s 2006 holiday greeting
cards.
This year’s theme, “Wishing You.......” is designed
to allow students to be
creative with words and art. Student artists will select the word
or words
that reflect their wishes for others during the holiday season.
The student
will then illustrate his/her unique holiday greeting.
Four finalists (one at each school level - elementary, middle,
high and
senior high) will receive $50 savings bonds from our sponsor Webb & Webb.
The winner will be selected from among the four finalists and will
receive
an additional $100 savings bond. Finalists will be recognized by
the Plano
ISD Board of Trustees in December.
Entry forms will be sent home with all students. They may also
be downloaded
