Susan Geddes - PISD Excellence in Teaching Award & 2006/2007 PISD Elementary Teacher of the Year; Service Projects held by Hunt Student Council in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Food drive for the Plano Santas for needy families in the Plano ISD - 11,963 cans of food collected, Sister School of Meadows Elementary - school wide drive for school supplies and games for indoor recess; 6 grade level winners in the PTA reflections competition; Student art work chosen for inclusion in the PBK Architectural & Engineering 2007 calendar; Finalist in the top forty for PISD Holiday Greeting Card Contest; PISD Elementary History Fair - 2nd place winner; Collin County Poetry Society - 1st place winner among 5th grade entries; Asia Fest - 3rd place winner in Logo competition; 2 Honorable Mentions, 2nd place, & 1st place winners in the PISD Elementary Science Fair -and- Honorable Mention & 3rd place winners in the North Dallas Regional Elementary Science Fair
