Campus Programs

Advanced Placement (26 courses); Junior Achievement; one-, two-, and three-hour courses providing experience and training in several career options including drafting, clinical rotation, advertising, early childhood education, desktop publishing, multimedia, and fashion design. Collin College Concurrent Enrollment Program is also available at Plano West. Service learning is incorporated into our curricular program. Also provided are outstanding opportunities in the arts, including: choir, orchestra, band, and theater / speech, and visual arts. AVID and JROTC are integral parts of the activity offerings on our campus.

Parent Involvement Opportunities

Wolf Den – PTSA, School-Based Improvement Committee (SBIC); booster clubs for all athletic teams, fine arts performance groups, JROTC, cheerleaders and drill team; volunteer workers in offices, library, and counseling centers, and on advisory committees.
