Employee Child Care Centers
Enrollment in child care is for children of PISD employees who have the responsibility of direct instruction on the campus: full time (at least 25 hours per week) teachers / paraprofessionals, counselors, librarians, itinerant teachers, nurses, and administrative interns. No central office staff, bus drivers, FANS staff, principals or assistant principals may apply. Grandchildren of employees are not eligible to enroll unless the grandparent is the court ordered guardian.
If an eligible employee places their name on the Wait List and accepts another position within the district other than the eligible positions listed above, the $85.00 Wait List fee will be refunded and the employee's name will be withdrawn from the Wait List.

The Plano ISD Employee Child Care Center I is located at 3901 Pebble Creek Court, Plano, Texas 75023 (adjacent to Wal-Mart at Coit and Spring Creek Parkway).

The centers operate from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The child care centers follow teacher contract days. The days that teachers do not work, the child care centers are closed. The child care centers are not open in the summer months.
Monthly menus are posted at the Employee Child Care centers. Snack and Lunch items may change with specialty events, and will be posted at the Employee Child Centers. The lunch and snack items are as follows:

In order to hold a spot on the wait list a non refundable $85.00 registration/waiting list fee per child has been implemented for the Employee Child Care Centers. Your check must be submitted within 72 hours after submitting an application to hold the Child Care spot(s). This fee is non-refundable. Make checks payable to: Plano ISD-ECCC.
When a spot is available, you will receive a phone call or email asking for acknowledgment and acceptance of the spot. Once you accept the spot, the supply fee is non-refundable.
2013 - 2014 Supply Fee :
$175.00 per child ($100.00 per child first semester and $75.00 second semester.) The supply fee is used to purchase: Wet wipes, changing table paper, rubber gloves, facial tissue, curriculum and art supplies.
Employees pay 10% below market rate for full-time tuition only. There will be no partial days or sliding scale. Tuition is paid by payroll deduction. There is not a discount for multiple children from the same family.
