Enrollment Links

1. To enroll in any benefits (or to decline coverage), you must use the PISD Online Enrollment System Opens new window, no later than 31 calendar days following your hire date.  Login instructions are in your Benefits Enrollment Guide booklet.

2. Enrollment for life insurance must be done on paper application forms.

3. Enrollment for disability insurance should be done using UNUM's online enrollment application Opens new window.  Login instructions are in your Benefits Enrollment Guide booklet.
