Continuation Coverage
2010-11 Health Plan - COBRA Open Enrollment
During the open enrollment period, current COBRA participants will receive enrollment packets at their home address. They may make any benefit changes, which will take effect September 1, 2010.
Coverage for dental, vision, and EAP is handled through PISD. Forms and payments must be sent to the PISD benefits office.
Coverage for medical is handled separately by Blue Cross Blue Shield for TRS-ActiveCare. Forms and payments for medical coverage must be sent directly to Blue Cross Blue Shield only.
2010-11 Plan Changes
- TRS-ActiveCare Medical Plan - Changes to the coverage and monthly costs of these plans are printed in the TRS Enrollment Guide booklet, sent to current COBRA enrollees by Blue Cross Blue Shield.
- There are no changes to any other plans.
