The Baylor mammogram mobile unit is no longer in operation, as Baylor has converted to digital mammography performed only at permanent locations. Mammograms are no longer available on-site.
If employees need to obtain their medical records from Baylor or to schedule an appointment at a Baylor location, please call 214-820-2430.
You may also search the medical plan PPO provider network to locate another facility for mammogram screenings.
