Hello hello,

I'm Chinenye Ekwulugo, and I am a monolingual teacher at Mendenhall Elementary. I taught eight years in second and third grade here in DFW, and am starting my fourth year teaching in Plano ISD! I graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with my B.A. in English, and I'm currently working on my master's degree in Library and Information Science at Texas Woman's University. As a former track and field athlete and NCAA All-American, I love running and weightlifting. Fitness and good nutrition are essential in life, but I do have a strong sweet tooth. I am excited about teaching at Mendenhall for another school year, and looking forward to another great year of progress and success with my students!
