Hello, my name is Jesus Insuasty-Bastidas. I am the ESL Specialist for grades 3-5 at Christie Elementary. I graduated from my master's degree at the University of North Texas in 2014. This is my 16th year as a teacher and my 6th year in elementary school . As a language learner myself, I am honored work with our ESL students and provide them with the tools to develop their language developing critical thinking skills that will allow them to reach their full potential. I am here to answer any questions regarding the ESL program/Bilingual programs, language classification, assessments, and any other concern you may have.
