Hello McMillen friends, family, and faculty!  I am so excited to start my 22nd year in education at McMillen High School as the integrated physics and chemistry (IPC) teacher!  I've been working toward having this opportunity since I began my career as an assistant language teacher in Yachiyo, Chiba, Japan as part of the Sister Cities program with Tyler, Texas.  I spent eight years as an ESL teacher and team leader, two years as a substitute, and then 11 years as a special education science teacher, at various campuses throughout Plano.  I look forward to working with McMillen's sophomores as they prepare for another year of great science education and experiences.    On a personal note, I am a former Plano student myself and this year, my daughter will be an 9th grader here at McMillen High School.  EAST SIDE PRIDE!!
