Hi! My name is Alejandra Vilona and I am one of the ESL Specialists here at Daffron Elementary School. This is my 9th year of teaching, this being my fourth year at Daffron. 

I attended Pennsylvania State University and gratuated with my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and completed the ESL Specialist and Leadership program there as well. 

After college, I moved to Arizona for my first job as a teacher! I taught 1st grade for 4 years there before moving to the great state of Texas.

On a personal note, I grew up in Mexico and moved to Pennsylvania when I was in High School. I have been married for five years and we have a daughter. I also have two big dogs and a cat!

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, outdoors activities such as playing tennis, riding bicycle, walking, hiking, etc.
