Miss Shelbi Bailey

Hello Barksdale Broncos! 

My name is Shelbi Bailey and I grew up in the Garland area and went to GISD schools, but fell in love with PISD during my student teaching and haven't left the district since! I have an amazing finacee and two beautiful dogs at home! I love this school and the community that surrounds it and I can't wait to get to know my new group of first graders and watch my old students continue to grow!!

My belief in teaching is- NEVER GIVE UP. I firmly believe that every single student is capable of achieving amazing things and it is my job to get them there! 

I am so thrilled to be in this first grade position and helping grow the minds of these eager, joyful, and loving students.
