Hello everyone!

My name is Angel Pérez and I teach Math, Science and Social Studies for the bilingual 5th grade classes.  I was born in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico and I grew up in San Antonio.  I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with my degree in Mathematics.  This is my 14th year teaching in PISD and I am excited to continue working with the amazing Daffron community.

I enjoy everything that is related to sports and I love to travel (when I have time off).  My goal is to develop a great relationship with all the students and their families so that we will all have a wonderful school year!

Soy Ángel Pérez y seré el maestro bilingüe de Matemáticas, Ciencias y Estudios Sociales este año. Nací en Monterrey, N.L., México y crecí en San Antonio. Completé mi licenciatura en la Universidad de Texas en Austin con un título en Matemáticas.  ¡Este es mi decimocuarto año trabajando en Plano ISD y estoy emocionado de seguir trabajando con las familias de Daffron! 

Disfruto todo lo que está relacionado con los deportes y me encanta viajar (cuando tengo tiempo). ¡Espero establecer una buena relación con todos los estudiantes y sus familias para tener un año escolar maravilloso!
