Mr. Ben Clifton

Ben Clifton teaches 7th grade science at Frankford Middle School in Plano ISD. Prior to teaching at FMS, he taught science, music, and choir for twenty-one years at various schools in Oklahoma and Texas. Mr. Clifton received his Bachelor of Music Education from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1999, and his Master of Education in 2011 from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Mr. Clifton has earned credit toward a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, and will work to complete his doctoral studies at a later date. Mr. Clifton loves teaching science and music but is also passionate about ensuring ALL students receive a quality education, regardless of socio-economic status. The Clifton family consists of wife: Caroline, son: Adam, son: Samuel, and daughter: Diana.
