Hello Vikings!

I am Coach Lance Low and this is my 10th year to be an educator.  I grew up in Alto, TX and graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.  I am certified to teach Physical Education, Secondary Health and Special Education. 

I enjoy spending time with family (including my dog Lucy), playing football and softball with friends and attending sporting events on weekends. 

I will be teaching in Achieve classroom B114. I am also the Defensive Coordinator for the Vikings and look forward to coaching track in the spring.
