This is my second year teaching at Haggard. I grew up going through the Plano ISD where I played both football and baseball. After high school, I went to Brookhaven Junior College to play baseball. After leaving Brookhaven, I was fortunate enough to earn a paycheck playing baseball for a few years. When I hung up my cleats, I went back to finish my degree, earning my BA in History from Arizona state University. I am currently teaching 8th grade US History, Honors and On-Level, as well as serving as the O-line and D-line coach for the football teams. I am passionate about all things history and culture, and its impact on all of us. I have an amazing wife, Ashton, and two incredible children, Greyson and Sawyer.
