Teaching Experience: I am so blessed that I have been given the opportunity to be a part of your child’s life as we journey through kindergarten together this year. I have been teaching kindergarten for over 30 years. I have previously taught PPCD, First Grade and was also a Reading Specialist, but my home is in kindergarten.  

About Me: I began attending Plano schools when I was 7 years old.  I met my husband when I was in the 5^th grade at Aldridge Elementary, and we have been married over 30 years!  We have two daughters that have finished college and begun careers of their own.  We do have two dogs, so things are wild around our house.  My greatest joy is spending time with my family and friends.  I love to spend any extra time I have reading, making crafts, working puzzles, and walking our family dogs. 7:40-7:50 Announcements and Morning Meeting

7:50-9: 30 Language Arts 

9:30- 10:00 I&I (social studies and science)

10:00-10:25 WIN Time (intervention/ enrichment)

10:25-10:55 Recess

10:55-11:25 Lunch 

11:30-12:00 Big Centers

12:00-1:30 Math

1:30-2:00 CARE Time (snack is during this time)

2:00-2:50 AMPEd

3:00 Dismissal
