Hi - I am starting my 35th year of teaching this year, 23rd year at Plano West. I was selected as the Plano West Teacher of the Year for 2020.

I am a graduate of The University of North Texas with a BSE in Marketing Education and a Masters in Secondary Education.

For the 2022-23 school year, I will be teaching Intro to Teaching, Practicum in Education and Child Development as well as the TAFE (Texas Association of Future Educators) sponsor.

My husband, David, and I have two children who graduated from PISD.  Ashlee is currently an APUSH Teacher and Head JV/ Varisty Assistant Softball Coach at Plano West and Brandon is a graduate of Texas A& M University and UTSA Nursing School and is currently a PICU Nurse.
