My name is Baltazar Flores.  Most people know me as B.J.  I have been teaching since 2007.  My beautiful wife is a speech-language pathologist.  We have two amazing kids who both attend Plano ISD schools.  

Teaching philosophy:

 It is the responsibility of teachers and parents, together, to prepare all students for the world outside of school.

Experience:

I have worked in Plano ISD since 2007. 

While at Daffron Elementary, I worked with students as a bilingual special education teacher. 

I, then, worked with students at Mendanhall Elementary as a bilingual special eduation teacher and behavior specialist. 

I joined the faculty of McMillen High School in 2014 as a special education teacher. 

I am currently a Special Education Applied Math Teacher.
