Hello!  Welcome to Third Grade.  My name is Mrs. Jones-Powell, but many students call me Mrs. Jones.  This is my 19th year teaching and my 18th year teaching in Plano ISD.  I am a Texas Tech graduate and taught my first year in Lubbock, Texas.  I have always wanted to be a teacher and am now living my dream. I can't wait to get to know you this year!  

A little bit about me!  I am married and have two boys!!  Caleb, my older son, grew up in the hallways of Daffron and is a 7th grader at Robinson Middle School.  Tyler is in 6th grade at Robinson Middle School.  Our family is active in Scouting.  I love working on home improvement projects with my husband, John, in our free time.
