I graduated from the University of North Texas. I began my teaching career at Skaggs Elementary in 2005 and joined the Bethany family in 2011. My husband teaches AP history courses at Lonestar High School in Frisco. I have two fantastic children; one is a high school student in Frisco ISD and the other has graduated and is living her best life. I also have a wonderful Shih Tzu named Mia.

As a 5th-grade teacher, I look for positives in every situation. The students feel a sense of belonging and success as they grow in their knowledge of self and academics. I want students to be happy and comfortable with themselves while working collaboratively with their peers.
