Arriving from Wilmington, North Carolina seventeen years ago, I began teaching ay Haun Elementary in Kindergarten.  I have spent an equal number of years in Kindergarten and Third grades finding enjoyment and excitement in both grade levels. Currently, l am teaching in Fifth grade and I am focused on Science and Social Studies.  Over the years, I have taken my interest in science and used it to promote the annual science fair.  Our students and judges form an incredible team which allows us to put forth excellent science projects.
