Hello Stinson Stars and Families!  I am thrilled to be starting my 27th year as an elementary educator (23 of those years at Stinson). I love being the ESL teacher at Stinson and helping children from other countries learn English. Before teaching ESL, I taught grades 2nd and 3rd at Stinson. I also taught in Dallas ISD and Waco ISD prior to coming to Plano ISD in 2000.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Texas A&M University with teaching certifications in Early Childhood - 6th Grade, ESL, and PACE.  I will graduate in May 2023 with a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Principal Certification from Texas A&M Commerce.  In addition to being the ESL Coach and Interventionist at Stinson, I also serve as Stinson's Public Relations Liaison.  I love getting to know all of our Stinson students and their families and posting pictures of the exciting events happening at Stinson ES on our social media accounts.  You can follow our school's social media publications by "liking" the accounts listed under Stinson's Social Media Accounts (see links).  When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters who attend Otto Middle School, and my dogs named Angel and Rylie.  I also love to travel, read, go out to dinner with friends, and watch movies. Working at Stinson has been one of the most rewarding adventures of my life and I am honored to be teaching English to our Stinson ESL students once again. I'm looking forward to another exciting year with our Stinson Stars!
