My name is Stacey O’Mahony, and I am proud to be entering my 33rd year as a teacher--my 27th here at Wilson! This year, I will be teaching English 8, Honors English 8, and Reading 8, while also serving as the English Department Chair.
I am a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a 1992 graduate of Louisiana State University, where I majored in English and history. I am married to Sean O’Mahony, and we are blessed to have two daughters, Sloane (who is interning in Orlando, Florida, at Disney World as part of the Disney College Program) and Skylar (who is a freshman at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.)
