We are beyond excited to be a part of your child’s educational career! It is going to be a full year of fun, learning, and collaboration, and we can’t wait to get started. First, here’s a little bit about us!

Hello! My name is Andee Hirsch and I am thrilled to be teaching your student science this year! I am married to my awesome husband, Aaron. We have two amazing girls that are five and nine that keep us laughing constantly! Bradlee is in Kindergarten and Harlee is in 4th grade at NeSmith Elementary in Community ISD. Our family enjoys spending time outdoors – either on our boat or riding bikes. I am an extremely passionate teacher and love everything about Science. Although I studied Biology in college, my true love in Science is weather! This will be my fourteenth year teaching Science in the district, and my twelfth year teaching 8th grade Science at Haggard. My ultimate goal every year is to transfer my love of Science to my students by generating curiosity that will last a lifetime. This is going to be an exciting year!
