Special Education Teacher

I am a Special Education Teacher working with 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students at Thomas Elementary. This is my sixth year at Thomas ES, and 19th year at Plano Independent School District. I am excited to be a Thomas Texan working with a great team of educators and mentors. I was born and brought up in Mumbai, India. I immigrated to the US after my marriage in 1994, and moved to Plano in 1996. My two daughters both graduated from Plano ISD, and I started working as a teacher when my youngest daughter started in kindergarten. I believe that every child can learn when provided with the environment they need to thrive in. I enjoy working with my students and helping them grow academically, socially and emotionally!
