    How do I access it?

    1. Add the app in Webdesk which takes you to Flip.com. 

    2. Create a FREE Flip account by signing in with your PISD email. 

    The Flipgrid Admin app will soon be replaced with the Flip icon. The URL is the same so you can still use it.

    Creating Groups and Topics

    Consider a group your overall learning community and topics are the prompts that learners respond to.  Watch the following video to learn how to create groups by using our PISD email domain or Google Classroom:

    Suggestions for learning community set-up

    Group: Teacher Name   Topic: Discussion Prompt

    Students can contribute to the topic, see each other's posts, etc. Go to the Settings to toggle on/off moderation tools, scheduling, and freezing. 

    Suggestions for private set-up 

    Group: Teacher Name   Topic: Student Name

    Each student has their own topic. Turn on moderation and do not approve posts. Only the teacher, co-teacher (if added), and video creator (student) will be able to view/interact with submissions.
