Mrs. Carter is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has a graduate degree from the University of North Texas.  This is her 13th year teaching and her 10th in Special Education and Plano ISD.  As an educator, Mrs. Carter has taught English I, English III, Academic Literacy I, Academic Literacy II, World Geography, World History, Government, and Sociology.  Mrs. Carter also has served as assistant team lead for Special Education during her career.  She has worked at Williams High School, Boggess Elementary, and McMillen during her tenure in Plano ISD.

Mrs. Carter enjoys spending her time reading, writing, and spending time with her family.
