Hi!  My name is Vivian and I was born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. I graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras. I spent 15 years in my hometown of Caguas teaching English to Spanish speaking students in Middle School and High School. 

      I moved to Texas with my family (my husband, two adolescents, and a cat) in 2015 and I got certified as a Bilingual and Spanish Teacher by the TEA. I spent 3 years at Webb Elementary teaching bilingual kiddos in McKinney ISD. Now, this is my 3rd year with Plano ISD and at Bowman Middle School teaching Spanish. I absolutely love working with kids and getting to share my love of the Spanish language with them!
