I am so excited about beginning another year as the librarian at Beverly Elementary.  I love working with our Beverly Bobcats and families! We are going to have a great year!

I grew up in upstate New York and moved to Texas when I was in high school. I earned my bachelor’s degree at UT Arlington and my master’s degree in Library Science at the University of North Texas. I have been teaching in the classroom and in the library since 1994 and in the library since 2008. I love to engage students while reading great books. I hope to instill the love of reading in all students!

I live with my husband, Bob, and our dog Sadie. We have 3 grown children and 3 young grandsons. When I'm not teaching in the library, I like to spend time with my husband and family. I also like to read, watch sports, and travel. 

I look forward to having another great year at Beverly Elementary! Go Bobcats!
