I am so excited to be teaching AVID at Plano East this year!  I am a long time PISD educator with 28 years in the district, and a proud PISD graduate.   Before coming to EAST I spent 10 years at McMillen High School, 7 years at Bowman Middle School, and then many years at Williams High School.   I have taught World Geography, U.S. History, and Texas History.   

My husband and I have four children and three grandchildren, and spend as much time with our family as possible.  We are big travelers and enjoy seeing the world.    

I am looking forward to a great year and can't wait to have students in the classroom again!
