My name is Rhonda Dickens, and I am in my 19th year of teaching. I grew up in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area, and then attended Texas Christian University. I went on to earn a Master's in Reading Education from Texas Woman's University, and became a certified Reading Specialist. This is my second year at Armstrong Middle School where I teach Multisensory Language Instruction, or more specifically, Scottish Rite's Take Flight curriculum for students with dyslexia. I'm thrilled to continue working with our wonderful students and families. Go Tigers!
At home, I enjoy reading, photography, swimming, and spending time with three nieces, and my two rescue pups, Speckles and Maple.
